Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) Home Rehabilitation Loan Program
The Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a program in partnership with Gate City Bank. It is designed to improve neighborhood quality of life and encourage investment in Fargo's existing housing stock. The City of Fargo partners with Gate City Bank to offer low-interest loans for a limited time.
The application for the 2026 NRI Program will be available on March 16, 2026. Applications will be accepted through October 31, 2026 (all NRI Program applications must be received on or before October 31, 2026).
