For many parents, smartphones are a convenience, enabling them to know where their kids are at all times. But as with anything else, it has both pros and cons. From cyber-bulling to inappropriate web content, being able to contact strangers, and applications disguised to function in a different way are some of the dangers for impressionable kids using a smartphone.

This hour long presentation will provide parents with an insight of some of the not-so-well-known dangers of smartphones.

The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7 p.m. at Fargo Cass Public Health, 1240 25 Street South in the Oak Room.
