The City of Fargo’s Renaissance Zone Authority (RZA) is working on an update to the 2015 Renaissance Zone Development Plan and is seeking information regarding the plan from the public. A component of the plan update process is a block-by-block analysis of structures and target areas as well as initiating an effort to update goals, objectives and strategies with the intention to maximize investment. The RZA would like to understand any potential investments that may be in the ‘planning’ stages for any property within or adjacent to the 2019 boundary; specifically investments anticipated within the next five years.
Interested parties are invited to reach out to the Fargo Planning Department by Monday, September 30.
An informational open house is planned for Thursday, September 19 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located at 225 4th Street North.
