Auditorium Commission - January 20, 2017 Minutes

The City Hall Auditorium Commission held a informal meeting Friday, January 20, 2017, at 7:30 A.M. in the Commission Room of City Hall.

The members present were as follows:
PRESENT: Deutsch, Thompson, Olson & Nustad.

ABSENT: Armburst.

OTHERS PRESENT: Just had a gathering and to get the new members some information about the Fargo Civic Center.

FINANCIAL REPORT:

DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Mr. Grubb introduced the 2 new board members Daniel Olson and Billy Nustad and welcomed them to the Civic Board. Going to have a walk through with Rick Jacobsen of the facility at the next meeting.

EVENT EVALUATION SHEETS: Good. No actions taken.

LOST BUSINESS: None.

COMING EVENTS: Hairball concert & Roller Derby Bouts.

NEW BUSINESS: None.
