Project Overview:

This project is for roadway improvements on 14 ½ Street North between NP Avenue and 1st Avenue and NP Avenue North between 14th Street and 14 ½ Street.

Impacts:

14 ½ Street will be closed to thru traffic. Local traffic will be maintained throughout the project in one direction at all times.

This project is anticipated to be constructed during the 2022 construction season.

Funding:

This project will be funded with Special Assessments and City Funds.

Purpose:

This project will turn 14 ½ Street North between NP Avenue and 1st Avenue and NP Avenue North between 14th Street and 14 ½ Street from a rural gravel section to an urban pavement section with curb and gutter, street lights, sidewalks and incidentals.
