Join us for coffee and conversation about the places we discover through reading. This book club will focus on novels and memoirs that provide a strong sense of place or community that may be new to us. The Sense of Place Book Club will meet on the first Thursday of every month at 11 a.m. in the Fercho Conference Room at the downtown Main Library. For May we will be experiencing Malaya during WWII by reading The Storm We Made by Vanessa Chan. Copies of this title for discussion can be picked up at the Main Information Desk starting April 2, while supplies last.
