Get ready to move, groove, and ROAR! Dino Dance Party is a high-energy preschool storytime where dinosaurs come to life through music and movement. We’ll read dino-themed stories, stomp like a Tyrannosaurus rex, sway like a Brachiosaurus, and shake our tails to fun songs and rhymes. Along the way, we’ll build early literacy skills through rhythm, repetition, and playful interaction. Library staff will share tips you can use to instill a love of reading in your child. These are parent/child storytimes geared for your child’s success; therefore, we ask one adult per child to keep the learning to a maximum. This event series will be held at the Main Library and is most appropriate for children ages 3 to 5. Activities will follow each storytime and all children will receive a FREE book!
