After reviewing the weather forecast for tomorrow (rain/thunderstorms), the FCPH Environmental Health team has made the difficult decision to cancel the Fargo Cass Mobile Food Truck Event scheduled for June 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This decision was made in the interest of safety and to ensure a positive experience for attendees, vendors, and staff. Should the event be re-scheduled, an announcement will be made on our social media channels.
Fargo Cass Public Health will host a food truck event on Wednesday, June 17. This event has space for eight vendors, who will have food available for purchase from 11 am to 1 pm. The vendors below have been confirmed:
