The City of Fargo has prepared a draft version of the 2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2025 Action Plan for review, along with proposed amendments to the 2023 Action Plan and 2024 Action Plan. Plans are available on The City of Fargo website at FargoND.gov/PlansandStudies, where the website links to the draft plan titled “2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Action Plan - draft”, or by request through the Planning and Development Department at 701.241.1474 or Planning@FargoND.gov.
All citizens are welcome to submit comments at any time during the public comment period or at the public hearing. The public comment period runs from June 19 through July 18, 2025, with a public hearing scheduled at the Monday, July 7, 2025 City Commission meeting. After final consideration by the City Commission on July 21, 2025, at 5 p.m., a recommendation regarding these actions will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for their consideration and approval.
