The City of Fargo residential brush chipping program began on May 1. The program will conclude for the season on Friday, September 26. Residents are asked to place brush on the boulevard for collection by 7 a.m. on their scheduled recycling day.
Fargo residents can also haul their brush, logs and other tree debris to the landfill at no charge throughout the year. The landfill is located at 4501 7th Ave. N. Current operating hours for the landfill are 7:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 7:15 a.m. until 1 p.m. Proof of residency is required.
