Claymore was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Claymore and his offense:

In 2007, Claymore was convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in U.S. District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 12-year-old female.
