The Fargo Public Library will host a four-part film series starting Saturday, Jan. 17, at the downtown Main Library featuring movies starring actress Audrey Hepburn. In the 50s and 60s Hepburn lit up the screen like no other. Local film critic Matt Olien has selected the films featured in this series and will introduce each movie and lead a brief discussion after the screenings. All films begin at 2 p.m. and are approximately 120 minutes long. Dates and film titles are:
• Jan. 17 – “Sabrina” (1954, not rated)
• Jan. 24 – “Charade” (1963, not rated)
• Jan. 31 – “Two for the Road” (1967, not rated)
• Feb. 7 – “Wait Until Dark” (1967, not rated)
Free popcorn will be served during the screenings. Children ages 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. For more details, call Lori West at 701.476.5977 or the Main Library Information Desk at 701.241.1492.
