FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department (FPD) will host a ceremony to formally recognize the recent promotions of six FPD personnel on Monday, January 26, at 9 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at Fargo City Hall (225 4th St. N.).
Six members of the FPD will be promoted — one to the rank of captain, two to lieutenant, two to sergeant and one to detective.
The ceremony will also include a formal recognition and welcome to four new civilian employees — three in the Records Unit and one Community Service Officer.
At the end, The Fargo Police Department will announce and recognize the 2025 FPD Supervisor, Detective, Officer and Civilian of the year award recipients.
This ceremony will be broadcast and live-streamed across The City of Fargo’s access channels, TVFargo.com and FPD social media.
