The City of Fargo invites community members to attend an open house for a project update and preview of the April Discussion Draft of Fargo Land Development Code 2026. The event will take place on Thursday, April 9, starting at 12 p.m. in Sky Commons on the second floor of the Fargo Civic Center (207 4th St. N.).
The meeting will include:
• Presentation (20 minutes): An overview of the discussion draft organization and components
• Breakout sessions (70 minutes in a come-and-go format): Opportunities to learn more about each draft code section (article), ask questions and provide feedback
Following the open house, the April Discussion Draft of Fargo Land Development Code 2026 will be available on the project website at www.FargoLDC.org for public review and comment. The public comment period will remain open through Friday, May 1. For more information, please visit www.FargoLDC.org.
Members of various boards and commissions, including the Fargo City Commission, may attend this event, so a quorum may be present.
