Due to high wind speeds, the Fargo Sanitary Landfill will close at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12. Pending acceptable wind conditions, the landfill will be open during normal hours on Wednesday, May 13.
The Residential Transfer Station (4501 7th Ave. N.) and Household Hazardous Waste Facility (606 43 1/2 St. N.) will remain open to Fargo residents and operate at normal hours. For more information about Solid Waste facilities, please visit FargoND.gov/SolidWaste.
