The City of Fargo is reminding residents that FargoOne continues to provide a convenient way to report non-emergency issues and request City services online. Available at FargoOne.com, the website allows residents to upload photos, pinpoint an exact location on a map and connect directly with the appropriate City department. Residents can visit FargoOne.com on any mobile device, tablet or computer to report an issue or make a service request.
Common issues and requests submitted through FargoOne.com include:
• Potholes and damaged roadways
• Streetlight and street sign concerns
• Traffic signal issues
• Snow removal concerns
• Debris on streets
• Graffiti and vandalism
• Overgrown grass and vegetation
• Tree concerns
• Missed garbage, recycling and brush collection
• Damaged or missing garbage and recycling carts
• Drinking water and wastewater issues
• Street flooding
• Illegal parking concerns
Since 2015, FargoOne has helped local residents report concerns and request City services online. Although the FargoOne app was discontinued in December 2025 as a cost-saving measure, residents can save FargoOne.com to their phone's home screen for quick access; instructions are available on the FargoOne homepage. Residents using FargoOne are asked to create an account to track the progress of their requests and receive updates throughout the process.
Residents are encouraged to use FargoOne only for non-emergency requests. Because FargoOne is not monitored 24 hours a day, residents should not use it for urgent situations that require an immediate response. For non-emergency situations requiring immediate assistance, residents should contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660. For police, fire or medical emergencies, always dial 911.
