The Special Assessment Commission ride and review is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, at 8:30 a.m. The ride involves physically reviewing the field of projects within the district area created. Those in attendance will include the Special Assessment Commissioners and Special Assessment staff. The Special Assessment Commission review, which includes a discussion on the benefits of the various projects, will be held in the Engineering Conference Room E258 immediately following the Special Assessment Commission ride.
The Special Assessment Commission hearing will take place on Thursday, August 27, at 10 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers in Fargo City Hall at 225 4th St. N.
