Last Friday was Fargo Cass Public Health Director Desi Fleming’s last day. Desi spent 32 years with Team Fargo, beginning as a public health nurse. She was named the FCPH director in 2018. We want to thank Desi for her three decades of exceptional public service to our metro community, region and state. We wish her all the best in retirement.
