2026 Agendas & Meeting Information

The City Commission meets every two weeks. Agendas for City Commission meetings are published in the business section of The Forum on the Saturday prior to the meeting. The agendas are posted on this website page the Friday prior to the meeting.

The first column below contains the agenda for the meeting. The other two columns contain background documents submitted for the items on the consent and regular agendas. All the links lead to PDF files; most of the background files are very large and may require a 5-minute download on a high-speed connection. Downloading by those with a dialup connection is not recommended.

City Commission meetings are held at 5 p.m. in the Commission Chambers in City Hall at 225 Fourth Street North. Meetings are broadcast live on the cable channel TV Fargo 56 and can be seen live at www.FargoND.gov/streaming. They are rebroadcast Mondays at 5:00 p.m., Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
