2025 Color Our World Library Card Design Contest

The 'Color Our World' Library Card Design Contest Runs from June 9 Through July 31, 2025

The Fargo Public Library is seeking design submissions for the 'Color Our World' Library Card Design Contest for kids, teens, and adults. Showcase your artistic talent and design a library card that will be seen by our entire community. We want YOU to help us celebrate the vibrant, diverse, and imaginative world around us using our Summer Reading Challenge theme “Color Our World." Whether it’s through books, art, or culture, the library is a place where we explore all the colors of the world. We want your design to capture that spirit.
Submit your artwork – the more bold and colorful, the better! – and you could have your design featured on our official, limited edition Fargo Public Library cards. Submissions are open to all ages – whether you are a young artist or an experienced designer, we encourage you to participate. There is no fee for submitting your design.

The library card design contest starts Monday, June 9, and the submission deadline is Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Pick up a library card design contest template at any Fargo Public Library locations starting June 1, or download and print a design template here.

Artists can submit their designs to the 'Color Our World' Library Card Design Contest either in person at any of the three Fargo Public Library locations, or online at our Wufoo link.
